I had a plain McDonald's side salad, no dressing, at 11 pm. I haven't eaten since then, it's been 3 hours and 49 minutes. I'm gonna try another 3 day fast. I'm not going to weigh myself until tomorrow morning. I'm 97.1. Soo close to 97, which is so close to 95, my short term goal.

So I haven't eaten since Friday morning. I've lost 3.2 pounds so far (I think it would be more but it's that time of the month and I know that skews weigh-in results.) I was thinking of breaking my fast with some low cal broth. Or should I keep fasting til next Friday? What do you guys think? This is the longest I've ever gone.

My first source of "thinspiration" came in the form of an American Girl Doll magazine. In it, there was this picture of a girl in a gymnast's leotard doing a back bend. You can see all of her ribs, her arms are tiny, and her legs are sticks. I remember thinking, "This is so beautiful. This is a good thing to be." I wouldn't eat for days. My dad always called me fat. He'd tell me to stop eating. He taught me how to eat in systems. When I was 6, he told me to eat only one kind of food on my plate at a time, and chew each bite 20 times, and take three sips of water between each bite. My mom was constantly dieting, and gave me her sugar free candies and diet aids as treats. There are many other factors but I don't want to get into them all or this post will last forever. I just started an impromptu fast at 4 am. The longest I've gone is 38 hours. I'm not a good faster, but I'm great at restricting.
